Discounts are Available for the Following Customers:

Enthusiasts: Members of the Rolls Royce Enthusiasts' Club (RREC), Rolls-Royce Owners Club (RROC) & Bentley Drivers Club (BDC) receive a discount across all products. Please provide us with your membership number so that we can apply an Enthusiast Discount to your account. Either email with the details and we will update your account for both web and telephone orders, or call us and we will update your account over the phone.

We are non exclusive though.. so if you are part of a specialist club whose members you would like to see benefit from our enthusiast discount then please contact us by email to provide details of the club and its focus. We will be happy to hear from you! 

Trade: Trade customers will receive discount on a product by product basis. Please provide a headed letter template with your registered business details either by email so that we can apply a Trade Discount to your account or send by mail to IntroCar, The Pavilions, Units C & D, 2 East Road, Wimbledon, London, SW19 1UW. 

Specialists: Rolls-Royce & Bentley Specialists have access to a discount structure for volume purchasing. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements with our Parts team. 

Resellers: Specialists may wish to purchase in large volumes to access higher quantity breaks or stock our 'Prestige Parts' range. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements with our Parts team. 

Bulk Discounts: Quantity breaks are also available to all customers on a product by product basis. See individual products for more information or speak to our parts team if you wish to discuss an item which is not currently listed with a quantity break.  

Existing Customers: All customers who receive discount from IntroCar will be able to view their discounted pricing once logged in to their online account. If you cannot see your discounts once logged in then you may need to call or email us to ensure the discount is applied to the correct log in details. 

If you have never logged in to your IntroCar account but have been a customer of ours for some time then enter your email address and select 'forgotten password?' If you have already been set up as an existing customer with known discounts then you will be emailed with a temporary password and should then be able to browse discounted pricing once logged in. If not, then please email or call us and we will check and update your online account accordingly.
