| Making A Purchase Placing an order through the IntroCar Limited website could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and select any items that you wish to purchase. When you have finished browsing, go to your basket where you will then be able to check your items and proceed with entering the information we need to process your order. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept all major forms of credit and debit card payment including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Eurocard, Access, Switch, and Solo. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, you will be able to view the price of items in alternative currencies to GBP and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency from the GBP total at the exchange rate of the day the transaction is processed. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or provide the details where prompted online. All credit card numbers entered online are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. | Shipping And Handling Shipping and handling charges vary according to the weight and/or volume of the consignment and the speed of delivery required. Similarly, parts can be very light but very large, or they may require special packing to ensure they arrive safely. Most overseas courier or air freight companies will charge according to the weight, or the volumetric weight (whichever the greater) of the packed consignment. In order to be fair to every customer, shipping charges will be usually be advised by email prior to charging a credit card. Once this has been approved by the customer, the full charge for goods and delivery will be made. In some instances (in the case of large consignments containing a variety of different items) it may be impossible to give an exact cost for delivery of the goods until the consignment is complete and packed, by which time the size and weight can be accurately measured. In this case, it is normal for a second charge to be made on completion of the consignment, when accurate charges are available or for a refund to be applied in cases where the shipping charge is lower than first quoted. We, or our appointed carriers, insure all mail order parts. Claims of shortage or damage must be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Packaging must not be destroyed. Damaged goods cannot be replaced if signed "Received in Good Condition". Do not sign for goods that appear to be damaged. Every effort will be made to comply with an agreed delivery date. |
| Delivery Schedule We pride ourselves on being one of the fastest and most reliable suppliers of parts for Rolls-Royce and Bentley motorcars in the world. Items that are held in stock are dispatched within one working day of receipt of order. If your order contains items that must be specially ordered from the manufacturer, a delay of 5 working days prior to dispatch is normal. Delays outside this time will be notified by email, to allow you to plan your repairs effectively. If you have a particular delivery date by which you would prefer to receive your order, please specify it. This allows us to check availabilities and warn you of any possible problems when you place your order - not after the required delivery date has passed! |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We will not consider an item to be back ordered if it is available to us within 5 working days. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added at the prevailing rate. All other orders are VAT free which will be reflected in your order total once your shipping destination has been specified. Companies within the European Union (not including the United Kingdom) may also exempt themselves from VAT if they have a valid VAT number and the goods are being delivered to the company address. If the VAT number given by a company is invalid, the order will proceed, but VAT will be levied as normal. Please be aware that there may be import duties applicable when your parts arrive with you depending on the import regulations of your country. | Returns Policy In the event of a part being faulty or wrongly supplied IntroCar Limited will send out a replacement and refund the costs of sending the incorrectly supplied/faulty item back to us providing a receipt of postage is supplied. In the event that a part is faulty and has been specially ordered from a Third Party on behalf of the client, IntroCar Limited must be informed within 5 days of receipt of the goods as notification outside this period will affect the ability of the Third Party to accept return of the goods. If you decide that you do not require an item, we will gladly refund you for that item (not including delivery costs), provided that we supplied it from stock, or our suppliers will accept it in return and the goods have been returned within the warranty period.Should the incorrect identification of the item(s) not be the fault of IntroCar Limited, it may not be possible to return the goods for a credit. At the very least, a handling charge of 15% will be applied to cover administration costs involved in accepting a returned item. In the case of items ordered from the Rolls-Royce factory on your behalf, we would like to point out that Rolls-Royce will not accept in return any item which is correctly supplied according to the order. Because of the stringency of these conditions, we reserve the right to take payment for such goods in advance of a factory order to protect the company against cancellation at a later date.Goods purchased on an exchange basis are subject to a surcharge that is refundable in full on receipt of the exchange unit, providing the exchange unit is in restorable condition. If the exchange unit is not in a restorable condition then the returned surcharge will be adjusted accordingly. There is no deadline for the return of exchange items providing the unit is restorable and returned with proof of purchase, an invoice reference and related customer account code.All parts being returned to IntroCar Limited should be sent via an insured and traceable means of delivery.
