Please note that we are unable to calculate the cost of delivery until we receive your order and know the weights and dimensions of the packed items. In almost all cases, delivery costs will differ depending on the customer's delivery speed preference, their location, the size, shape and weight of their items and how carefully they need to be packed.

In all cases we will provide an estimate prior to processing the order and endeavour to provide the best delivery options for your items to arrive as quickly as possible at a reasonable cost. • Next Day Delivery can be provided for UK and European dispatch on orders received by 2pm providing the items are in stock. We also have a 1 day service available to the USA.
• 'Special Delivery‘ services for before 9am or midday within the UK is also available.

• Royal Mail is used for all items which are less than 2kilos and are being shipped within the UK. Items will be sent by 'Registered' post requiring a signature unless requested otherwise or above a certain value.
• 'International Signed' and 'Airsure' options are available for international packages under 2kilos. International delivery would normally take between 3-5 days for European destinations and 7-10 days worldwide.

• Our couriers include DHL, TNT, UPS, Parceline, & Countdown for orders over 2 kilos or those which are required urgently.
• Within the UK, our courier charges for a next day delivery will be £16.95 for anything up to 31 kilos. We provide a UPS service for up to 20 kilos to mainland UK for £12.50, and for up to 2 kilos for £7.00.
• For international deliveries we will contact our various couriers for the best rate once we know the dimensions and weight of your items.

Once dispatched, you will receive notification via email of your items consignment number so that you can track the progress of your order. All orders are insured either by us or by our carriers.
