If your order contains items that must be specially ordered from the manufacturer, a delay of 5 working days prior to despatch is normal. If you have a particular delivery date by which you would prefer to receive your order, please specify it. This allows us to check availabilities and warn you of any possible problems when you place your order - not after the required delivery date has passed! Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We will not consider an item to be back ordered if it is available to us within 5 working days. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
